What should I wear?
The dress code is semi-formal. Please dress in something that makes you feel beautiful and comfortable.
What time does the ceremony begin?
The ceremony will start at 3:30 PM sharp. We would recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes early to find seating.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue. Parking is allowed until 8:00 a.m. the following day.
Are children welcome at the event?
We love your little ones and feel honored to have them join our celebration. However, due to venue capacity and the requirement for child supervision, we would like to ask only children included in your RSVP to attend. Thank you for understanding as we plan a safe and memorable day for everyone.
What is the schedule for the reception?
The reception will kick off at 4:00 PM with cocktails, followed by dinner at 5:00 PM, and then a night of heartfelt toasts and dancing.
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes, indeed! Join us for a delightful cocktail hour after the ceremony, followed by a sumptuous dinner and sweets. We’ve prepared a variety of tasty options for all to enjoy.
What's on the menu for the wedding reception?
For appetizers, enjoy a Charcuterie Board filled with fresh fruits and berries, a variety of domestic and imported cheeses, crackers, and a colorful vegetable crudités display complemented by tasty dips.
During the cocktail hour, indulge in personalized cocktails crafted by us, the bride and groom.
For the main course, choose between Cedar Planked Salmon with a house-made lemon aioli or Marinated and Grilled Flank Steak with a dipping sauce bar. Both options are served with a selection of salads, a starch, a vegetable, and an assortment of fresh bakery rolls.
To sweeten the evening, we'll be serving a special wedding cake for dessert. We can't wait for you to join us and enjoy these delicious dishes!
Are there any accommodations nearby for out-of-town guests?
Most of our cherished guests are local, and as of now, we haven't arranged special accommodations at hotels. We may update this if it changes, and we're sorry for any inconvenience. For those traveling from afar, the venue is close to several lovely hotels recommended by our venue:

What's the plan in case of bad weather?
Rain or shine, our day will be magical. Should Mother Nature feel moody, we have a cozy indoor alternative ready at the same location.

The Water Oasis is located just outside Newberg, Oregon, nestled in the scenic northern Willamette Valley.
• 25 miles from Portland
• 35 miles from Salem

Parking Information:
• Wedding Party: Reserved parking is available on the paved area at the far left side of the property, providing easy access to the Salon & Lounge.
• Vendor Parking: For larger events with more than 200 attendees, vendors are requested to use the overflow parking located to the right of the Main Entrance.
• ADA Accessibility: We offer two designated handicap parking spots at the far left side of the property, with paved access to the facility. Both the rear and guest entrances are paved and provide ADA-compliant access to all bathrooms and reception spaces.
• General Parking: All guests are invited to park in the main parking lot and enter through the main Guest Entrance, which leads past the Shady Grove and Arbor.
