How it started - Yes, Angela made the first move.

Kevin and Angela finally had their first date after talking for over a month. Angela had moved her work schedule around to be able to work a trip with Kevin. Their first date included a "fancy" meal in the hotel restaurant after a mess of a trip which included Kevin being taken off the trip for a day, stranding Angela in a blizzard in NYC.

The day Kevin told Angela she was going to be his girlfriend. Luckily, Angela had been waiting for weeks for this.
