Once you click on the link, enter the contracted dates of stay, it will load your room block code (BGW) automatically, and from there, select your room type. If you prefer to call in, you can call the front desk directly at 630-778-9676 and refer to the code (BGW) and they will get the contracted rate for the contracted dates. If you are looking to book outside of the contracted dates (10/2/2025 and 10/3/2025), you must reserve within the block first and contact Sydni.Swiderski@ihg.com to have the reservation extended.

If you are trying to book in the block dates and DON'T get the contracted rates, PLEASE LET US KNOW. We had to reserve smaller blocks of rooms and may have run out. We can add more rooms, but have to pay for what's not used. If you let us know, we can probably add more rooms to the block.
