Travel
There are multiple hotels, Airbnbs, and VRBOs in the Boulder area, but we have secured room blocks at the options below (use the links on this page to book your room under our room rates)! We recommend booking accommodations ASAP as there will be a University of Colorado Football game on Saturday, 09/27 in Boulder!


The town of Estes Park is roughly a 30 minute drive from the wedding venue and about an hour drive from Boulder (depending on traffic). Guests can also book accommodations in Estes Park (right next to Rocky Mountain National Park!), but there will be no transportation provided from Estes Park.
If you are flying into Denver international airport, you can rent a vehicle for the weekend or there is a bus route (Route AB1) that takes people straight from the Airport to Boulder’s downtown area with a stop very near the hotels! Uber/Lyfts/Taxis are also an option to help you get around our great state.
Limelight Boulder
Transportation will be provided from this hotel to the wedding venue and back on the date of the wedding. Hotel room block rates can be extended up to three (3) additional days prior to and following the dates provided, subject to hotel availability! Please book no later than 08/26/2025.
Moxy Boulder
This hotel is situated across the street from the Limelight, where transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Hotel room block rates can be extended up to three (3) additional days prior to and following the dates provided, subject to hotel availability! Please book no later than 08/26/2025.
Basecamp Boulder
This hotel is nearby (approximately 15-20 minute walk, a 4 minute drive/Uber ride) the Moxy and the Limelight hotels in Boulder. Transportation to and from the wedding venue will be provided for wedding guests on the date of the wedding leaving from the Limelight.
