This venue is a beautiful , and intimate Cactus/garden shop, renovated out of a local eclectic home. They are full time plant shop during the week with their own cactus based/ plant based skin care line. They only open their space to intimate gardening events, public events , and small weddings , on weekends. When arriving at the venue, it will be a Victorian house on the outside, as the garden and barn are through the trellis. There will be signs, please accommodate enough time for street parking. The Prickly Pear is located in a safe neighborhood, but please be sure to lock your car. If needing recommendations for near by hotels, do not hesitate to reach out. We will have an open bar, and vaporized 420 is preferred if you partake. We want this to be a celebration full of laughter, love, and happily ever after.

A few things to keep in mind while attending our wedding…

The beautiful cactus in this living garden are all around and accessible to the public to view, but NOT to touch or prey/poke at. The owner Mona works very hard to keep her garden in pristine shape. She has so many unique and fun cactus to view. Please be respectful of the natural space, and admire with your eyes. I’m talking to all of you plant nerds invited, no sneaky floral crimes!!

We ask for this to be a semi formal dress code, please account for chilly evening air as it will be in spring. There is gravel in the garden and flat flooring in the barn. Wheelchair accessible enterence available.

We are so fortunate to have an amazing group of family and friends invited to celebrate with us at our intimate wedding. Times are tough, and so are finances, so your presence is the greatest gift!!
