Q + A

How will the Ceremony be performed?

Our families and friends all stem from a diverse background of beliefs and faiths that we celebrate and respect. Because of this, our ceremony will be non-denominational. To include him in the wedding, Anne's brother, James, has graciously accepted the role of officiant. Anne and Jacob are excited to seal their love surrounded closely by their families.

How do I RSVP?

We are asking everybody to RSVP through our website as we will not be sending out actual physical cards. If you are unable to RSVP online or are having any issues, please reach out to either Anne or Jacob for assistance.

What date should I RSVP by?

Please do your best to RSVP by April 18th, 2025 (6 months before our wedding) as numbers need to be confirmed so arrangements can be made. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.

What is the address of the Venue?

2132 Central Ave, Los Alamos, New Mexico 87544. Find the link for Google Maps here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/npT6DnoPKg3S49nj7

Is there parking available near the venue?

Yes! Fuller Lodge is in the heart of downtown Los Alamos. It is a fairly small city with a lot of free parking available within a block or two of the venue. We will also have some parking signs in the area to help direct guests.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors in the Rose Garden, immediately followed by the reception inside of Fuller Lodge.

Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and reception?

Due to our ceremony being outside of the venue on our reception being indoors, there should not be much of a time gap, if any. Guests will be welcome inside the main hall after the ceremony for a brief cocktail hour prior to dinner service.

What is the weather like in Los Alamos in October?

Generally, you can expect temperatures between the 50s and 60s at this time of year. Long sleeves or a sweater is appropriate. We will have a few light blankets at the ceremony for use if you get chilly.

Is there a wedding dress code?

Dress code is semi-formal and we invite guests to wear darker tones. Naturally, please no whites.

Will there be a bar?

There will be a cash bar at the reception for guests to enjoy. Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate an open bar so if you would like to drink please plan accordingly.

Is there a gift registry?

The presence of your company is more than enough especially considering for most guests this will be a destination wedding. However, the couple does have a registry right on the website for guests to browse if they so choose.

Can I take pictures at your wedding?

We would like the ceremony to be as "unplugged" as possible, but we also appreciate the desire to take pictures as well. Feel free to take photos in moderation during the ceremony and definitely go crazy at the reception!

What's on the Menu?

For dinner service we will be providing ground beef and chicken enchiladas with sides of rice and beans served buffet style. A small portion of vegetarian enchiladas will be available. Please specify on your RSVP if you require this accommodation so we can be sure to have enough. We will also be serving classic snacks at the reception and cocktail hour for your enjoyment.
