We met at the gym in Parker, Colorado late in the summer of 2021. We went on a (perfect) first date that led to more (amazing) dates. Colton, who had finished community college and was set to head to Texas Tech, made a last minute change and decided to head to GCU. We spent the next two year together at GCU, growing our relationship and falling in love. Colton graduated in 2023 and moved back to Colorado. We did long distance for one year before Ashley graduated in 2024. We were both now back in Colorado, working on our careers and making plans for the future. Colton proposed on November 30th in Evergreen, Colorado. Ashley said yes! It was the most surreal day and we are so excited to build our lives together.
