Yes. Your child will be allowed to attend the Wedding Ceremony. Please let the bride/groom know by August 15, 2024, so proper headcount and seating can be arranged.
Children cannot attend the Wedding Cocktail Hour, as it is for ages 21+.
Children will be allowed at the wedding reception. However, we ask that your child has proper wedding ceremony and wedding reception etiquette! As you can imagine this is a very special and important day for the Bride/Groom and we do not want it to be interrupted by kids misbehaving.
Will my kid/s be able to eat at the reception?
We recommend that children eat free at the nearby restaurants at the resort. If you prefer for your kid/s to be seated and eat at the reception, please let the bride or groom know so proper arrangements can be made. Parents/caregivers will be expected to pay the cost per child, prior to the August 15, 2024, deadline in order for them to be considered in the official headcount .
What if I want to attend your wedding, but not stay at the resort?
You can stay at another property of your choice. If you do stay elsewhere, you can purchase a day pass to attend the wedding ceremony and reception. Please let Ashley or Wesley know if you’re interested in the day pass option.
What is the resort day pass?
This option is for those that are choosing to stay at another property, but still want to attend our wedding day festivities.
The day pass ranges from $100-$130 per person, per day, for a maximum of 8 hours and must be coordinated with the wedding planner. However, the last minute day passes must be coordinated with the resort coordinator.
If any of the guests are interested in this option, please contact Ashley or Wesley so they can get this setup for you.

Or you can donate to our HONEYMOON FUND https://www.honeyfund.com/site/smith-williams-03-20-2025
Should I bring a large gift to the resort or have it mailed to your home?
Thank You for buying us a gift. Please mail it to our home (just ask one of us for our mailing address).
As you can imagine, we are already traveling very heavy for the wedding and will not have the bag capacity to bring large gifts back home. We will however, be able to pack all cards/envelopes back home (we just won’t have space in our luggage to pack large gifts…but they are appreciated so please just have those mailed to our home!)
Will I have to pay for anything outside of my room accommodations & travel?
The resort is all-inclusive, meaning all meals and drinks (including adult beverages) are included in your room rate. The bride & groom have paid for your wedding ceremony seat & plate at the reception for the invited guest/s.
For those bringing additional guest/s with you that will be attending the wedding ceremony and reception, an additional amount of $100 will need to be paid to cover that guest. Please connect with Ashley/Wesley.
What if the wedding room block is full?
If the travel agent told you the room block is full, that means all of the discounted rooms we had allocated to our wedding guests have been fully reserved. However, we may can still add rooms to our block.
Invited guests can still submit their room accommodation/s to be added to the block by submitting the booking form on the reservations page. The form will be submitted as a request pending approval, based on the resorts availability and pricing at the time your request is received.
In this instance, you may also choose to book your room via your preferred way to book hotel accommodations. Once booked, please contact the resort to inform them you are arriving for the Smith-Williams wedding and you’d like for your room to be added to the room block OR just let Ashley & Wesley know and we’ll get your name added to our wedding block.
