WHEN IS CHECK IN?

Check-in is Wednesday, September 4th, 2024. We can arrive at the venue anytime after 2 pm, and we can get into the lodge at 4 pm. Check-out is by 10 am Sunday, September 8th, 2024.

WHAT IF I AM NOT ABLE TO STAY THE ENTIRE TRIP?

While we are hopeful that everyone will be able to stay and enjoy the entire trip with us, we understand this may not be feasible for everyone. If you don't believe that you will be able to stay on property for the 4 nights but still want to join the celebration, we ask that you please contact Becca or Chris to discuss further.

HOW ARE MEALS BEING HANDLED?

We will provide prepared meals for the entirety of the trip. Please take a look at the Week's Menu tab to see each meal option. If there are any other snacks you would like to have during the week, please prepare to purchase those before driving to the lodge as the closest grocery store is a few hours away.

WILL I BE ABLE TO MAKE CALLS?

There is no cell phone service in Atlanta. There is WiFi internet service available at the lodge which can be used to make calls using a smartphone. While the internet is high-speed, having everyone utilizing it at one time will cause it to be relatively slow. We recommend that you download any music or movies to your device ahead of time. We hope all our guests will take this opportunity to unplug and spend some uninterrupted time

WILL DRINKS BE PROVIDED?

There will be water available for the entirety of the trip. For the evening of the wedding, we will provide a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. If you would like any other drinks, including alcoholic, during the remainder of the week, please plan to stock up before heading to the lodge as the closest grocery store is a few hours away.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Please refer to our Packing List for an all-encompassing list of items you may need during your stay. Please note - there are no shoes allowed in the lodge, so please plan accordingly with slippers or socks.

WHAT IF I CAN'T AFFORD TO COME?

If you are unable to attend due to financial reasons, please reach out to Chris or Becca directly. You are extremely important to us and we will do whatever we can to help get you to Idaho!
