Week's Menu

Our friends at Nourished Folks in Lexington, KY will be joining us in Idaho to cook some amazing food for the week. We are so grateful to have Riah and Kelly with us for the week, keeping everyone happy and well-fed!


There will be vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free options offered at every meal. Meals will be buffet style and will be open for an hour. Leftovers will be labelled and in the fridge for guests to re-heat on their own outside of the designated meal times.


There will be a basic coffee/creamer and tea option available each morning


The lodge runs off of well water which is very clean - we recommend folks bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during your stay



WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4TH


Dinner 6pm: Pizza and Salad will be available for guests as they arrive


THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 5TH


Breakfast 8:30-9:30am: Quiche with toast and spreads


Lunch 12-1pm: Soup (meat and veggie options) and salad bar


Dinner 6pm: Grilled Meats, vegetables, and vegan sausages. Pasta salad, caesar salad, and baked potato bar. Smore's for dessert!

*Beer and Wine will be offered


FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6TH


Wedding Brunch 9:45am: Bacon, Sausage, eggs, potatoes, grits, yogurt, and granola

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7TH


Breakfast 8:30-9:30am: Savory brunch bowls - soft boiled eggs, avocado, tomato, sweet potato


Lunch 12-1pm: Sandwich and salad bar, veggies and dippers, cheeses, and house focaccia


Dinner 6pm: Rice Shawarma - chicken, meatballs, roasted vegetables, pickled things, chickpeas, and sauces
