What are the addresses for your wedding events? Are they wheelchair accessible?
Our wedding day (including ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after-party) will take place at the beautiful Ballroom at the Ben on Sunday, June 8, 2025. The address is 834 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19107. This location is wheelchair accessible and has an elevator.
We'll host our welcome party on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at Liberty Point, which is located at 211 South Christopher Columbus Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA, 19106. This location is also wheelchair accessible and has an ADA lift.
What time does the wedding start and end?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 8, 2025. We kindly request that you plan to arrive to the venue with plenty of time to be seated before the ceremony starts. Our reception will end at 10 p.m., and the after-party will end at 11:30 p.m.
Please refer to the homepage or the back of your invitation for more details on our wedding events.
Where should I park?
For those driving to the wedding, we have reserved complimentary parking directly across from Ballroom at the Ben. The parking lot's address is 909 Sansom Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19107. There will be an attendant directing you on where to park. Parking will be available an hour before our ceremony begins and an hour after the after-party ends.
For the welcome party at Liberty Point, there is a public parking lot next to Liberty Point and the Independence Seaport Museum, as well as the Hilton parking garage and other parking garages in the area.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The entire wedding day will take place indoors at the Ballroom at the Ben.
Is the welcome party indoors or outdoors?
The welcome party will take place at Liberty Point, an outdoor venue located on the Delaware River. Fortunately, the Sky Bar will be tented to accommodate all our guests, rain or shine. However, please plan for variations in temperature or windiness due to the proximity to the river.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the wedding is formal. For men, a nice dark-colored suit or tuxedo is preferred. For women, an evening gown or formal cocktail dress will work well.
We kindly ask you to avoid colors reserved for the bride, groom and wedding party. Please avoid whites, creams and light blues for women's gowns.
Meanwhile, the dress code for the welcome party is casual to match the event's more relaxed atmosphere.
Can I bring a guest?
Due to budget limitations, we are only able to accommodate those guests included on your wedding invitation. If you have a guest, it will be listed on your invitation and under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Are children invited to the wedding?
To ensure a relaxed evening, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event (15+), with the exception of the ring bearers (Beth's nephews). We're excited to celebrate with you and hope you can enjoy a parents' night out! Please reach out to Beth or Brandon if you need suggestions for childcare arrangements. We are happy to help!
Can I take photos and videos during the wedding?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). We want to make sure that we stay fully present as we all celebrate together. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture this special moment, and we will share our photos as soon as they become available.
After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
Where should we bring/send our gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you would like to contribute to our special day, a wedding card box will be available at our reception. Additionally, we have created a honeymoon fund under the Registry tab. Thank you for your generosity!
