At the request of the bride and groom, they ask that ALL WEDDING GUESTS wear black. With the exception of accessories such as shoes and jewelry. The attire is formal/ black tie optional.

Unfortunately, due to safety precautions (roof top, fire, alcohol, etc.) the bride and groom have requested to have an adult only wedding and reception with the exception of the “wedding party.” We understand that child care can be difficult and understand if guests are unable to attend our special day with us. Family is first, we will always respect that!

There are two parking garages available. One is attached to the hotel and has a valet parking option at an additional cost. The other parking garage is across the street called the Southside Works Open Hearth Garage.

Yes! The Hyatt House is a corporate hotel. Therefore, they do not get the usual foot traffic that normal hotels get. All hotel rooms are setup like mini apartments and include a fully equipped kitchen with a stove/oven and a full size refrigerator. Prices for a Studio King Rate at $169.00 per night. Please look at “how to book my hotel room” in the Q&A section of the wedding website on more information on how to book your hotel room.

OF COURSE! Everyone knows our fur babies are our family. The hotel is dog friendly for a fee. There is also a gated dog park right across the street for your baby to run, play, and make friends.

The wedding and reception is outdoors (the reception is under a beautiful tent) on the rooftop of the Hyatt House also known as The Terrace. If the weather is too cold we do have an option to get heaters for the tent & close the walls of the tent to keep the heat in.
