Try this 3.2 mile out-and-back trail near Estes Park, Colorado which boasts views of three lakes with progressively impressive mountain scapes. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 1 hour and 40 minutes to complete. This is a very popular area for fishing, hiking, and snowshoeing so you’ll likely encounter other people while exploring. The trail is open year round and is beautiful to visit any time of year. You’ll need to leave the pups at home — dogs aren’t allowed on this trail.
