January 25th of 2019 will go down in history as our favourite day because two people in this crazy world found each other and never looked back. Matt was in town for work and ran into Brooke coincidently that Friday night, just hours after Brooke told her friend she decided that she wasn’t going to be in a relationship anytime soon… guess the best things do happen when you least expect it! We were inseparable ever since. That summer, Brooke travelled 3 hours to see Matt at least every second weekend. It didn’t take long to realize we were each other’s soulmate. After only 6 months of dating, we decided to move across the county together. We bought our first home at the young age of 21 followed by our second home a few years later. We have hit so many milestones together. On October 29 2022, in downtown Edmonton, Matt got on one knee and asked Brooke to marry him with a very sparkly 3 rock ring… needless to say it was amazing. We are each other’s best friend and soulmate and enjoy life together to its fullest. We are so thankful for our friends and family and can’t wait to share our day with you 🤍
