Their first camping trip! The best part of this trip was Bryan hammering down the tent with a tree stump he found because they forgot the mallet.

This was a date where Bryan said, "Get in the car, I want to show you something." They saw hot air balloons in Lincoln for the first time and just fell in love with their colors and how high they go!

Halloween at Bryan's new house in Lincoln, IL. He moved to Lincoln from Springfield in the summer of 2022. They decorated with a spooky skeleton dressed as a cowboy the neighborhood kids loved it!

They love going to the gun range! Bryan bought Catrina some PINK headphones and they had to try them out.

They got baptized. Their Pastor will be the Officiant! His name is Timothy Ferrill and is the lead Pastor at the Tabernacle in Normal, IL. Bryan and Catrina are youth leaders at the Tabernacle.

Bryan surprised Catrina with an early morning hot air balloon ride. The pair went up with an experienced pilot. Then all of a sudden Bryan pulls out the most stunning ring and says, "Catrina..." Her heart fluttered and her stomach had butterflies. Then of course Bryan asked her to be his wife.

Here is the happy couple before they went up. You can see the terror on Catrina's face. The couple's friends Martin and Peggy arranged for the couple to "crew" balloons for Lincoln's Annual Balloon Fest. Everybody was in on it...except Catrina.

After their engagement they went to Chimney Rock for a quick vacation!

A smooch in downtown Lincoln. The pair often go on dates here. They get ice cream at their favorite shop, "Top Hat" or they'll just walk around with a cup of coffee from Guest House!

Keri, Bryan's sister and one of Catrina's bridesmaids, used her paintbrush to recreate the moment where Bryan asked Catrina to be his wife. The painting is of the hot air balloon where the couple got engaged!
