If we do not get an RSVP by June 15, it will be marked “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and caterer according to the timeline given to us. We will not accept late RSVPs. Thank you for understanding!

Our wedding is going to be a child free event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time for child care.

Due to number restrictions based on capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have a plus one it is listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Our wedding dress code is formal. The recommended attire is a suit, floor length dress, or a fancy cocktail dress. We kindly request no denim or khakis be worn.

We have hired absolutely incredible photographers to document our day for us. We ask that the ceremony be fully unplugged. Please do not take any pictures or videos during the ceremony. You are more than welcome to during the cocktail hour and reception!

All events will take place inside where it is air conditioned!

Carmon's has a large parking lot located near the venue as well as a few spaces right next to the building.

If you are staying at the Hyatt Place there will be a shuttle if you would prefer to not drive to the venue. The shuttle will begin running at 3:45 pm. If you choose to stay at another hotel and don't want to drive, Uber and Lyft are also options. We have used both multiple times in Champaign and have never had any issues!

You can call the Hyatt by calling 217-531-2800 option 0 when you are ready to leave the reception. It will take approximately 5-10 minutes for the shuttle to get to the venue.
