Gino and Caroline met back in 1988(for reals!), while in management classes with In-N-Out Burger. They went their separate ways after class and then crossed paths again in 1991, when Gino was a lead All Star, and Caroline worked for the training department, and they worked together to open new locations for the company. They became great friends, and a few years later, they took a chance and dated for a couple of years…the timing was not right, but Gino and Caroline will both tell you that God knew they were the right people for each other, just the wrong timing. However-and this is important- they always remained friends, and championed each other, personally and professionally….through the years, they were part of each other’s joys and sorrows, even having phone conversations about their bad dating app dates!! LOL!!! Gino and Caroline have almost 80 years between them with In-N-Out Burger!

and then, in 2018, God told them that the time was right! And they have been side by side ever since, sharing a wonderful life together…

Gino and Caroline would tell you that they would not change a thing about the journey that they took to get to this place in time, especially knowing that Gino’s daughter, Emma, is a key part of their lives….it was all part of His plan!
