Yes, the Hart Ranch allows guests to leave their vehicles on the property until 12:00pm the next day. The Ranch is on private property and they do have security cameras.

Technically, no. Coolers are not able to be kept inside the venue. Rather, they can be kept in your vehicles within the parking lot.

You can expect about a 20 minute drive SW of Bozeman. Google Maps says it is 14 miles.

After further investigation, we will NOT be offering a shuttle service at the end of the reception. It was not a feasible option logistically or financially. Thank you for your understanding. Please make plans to get a safe ride home!

The entire ceremony will be indoors. Knock on wood please!!

Seating will be provided the entire day at the Ranch. If it does rain, we will be inside. Coolers will not be allowed onto Ranch property, but you are welcome to keep them in your vehicle.

There will be free His & Hers cocktails to a set dollar amount. His: Black Velvet Diet Coke. Hers: Huckleberry Vodka Lemonade. 1 Keg of Cold Smoke, a local craft beer.
