Catherine and Brian met in Philadelphia. Catherine was attending graduate school at Saint Joseph's University and Brian was working and living in Burlington at the time. They took a chance and both swiped right. After three years of dating, Brian proposed to Catherine at Boathouse Row in Philadelphia.
