We met in September of 2012 through a little thing we like to call the internet. Both of us felt a pretty instant connection and within a few weeks, we were hanging out on a regular basis, going to dinner and movies. Kyle lived in Owensboro, Kentucky, at the time so he was constantly driving over to Evansville to visit. We both got along well with one another other's friends and knew that was an important step in our relationship.

After essentially living together for almost a year, we decided to go house hunting. We found one we both loved and decided to make an offer. Within a few months, we began moving in and introduced our two cats; we made it a home and a family.

On Christmas Eve of 2015, I decided it was time to move our relationship to the next level and I proposed to Kyle. He said "no" and threw the ring down. Just kidding! He said "yes" and we soon began the whole pain in the ass process of wedding planning.
