You must reserve your rooms through the link provided and make your reservations by Friday, July 4, 2025 to get these special rates. You are not charged until check-in, but there is a 24-hour cancellation policy if you have to cancel.

Once clicking the link you need to scroll down and under the photo of wedding bells you will see a room reservation box that says, "Book by JUL 04, 2025, Dates, Room & Guests, and Check Availability." In the reservation box you must enter the dates of your stay that are between (August 8 - August 10) to populate the special rates.

It has allowed for "shoulder dates" a few days before and after the dates we set up. If anyone does want to extend their stay beyond the dates we set up, they can make a reservation with the link but must have the original dates (Aug. 8th - Aug. 10th) put in the online reservation box only, then contact the hotel at (210) 455-6388 to extend it in order to receive the special rates for the additional days.
