A message from the MOH.
Lexie and I didn’t start out as friends, we started out by STRONGLY disliking each other. It wasn’t until sophomore year that we started to become friends and through our years in high school that our friendship continuously grew, we were inseparable. After high school Lex went to OBU and I moved to Alabama for college. I remember being worried that the distance would weaken our friendship but it didn’t. We would travel to see each other every chance we got and it made our friendship stronger than ever. A few years later I’m back in Oklahoma and Lexie has graduated OBU and we got to live out the dream of living with your best friend! It was such an amazing and memorable time in 604. I’ve had the honor to be a part of so many important moments in Lexie’s life. Seeing Lex find someone who loves her and supports her unconditionally is such a blessing, and I am so excited to see the life that Colton and Lexie build together!
Love always, Maddy

Lexie and I went to school together since Kindergarten but we didn’t become close until after high school. When Maddy moved back from Alabama after graduation we all became really close. Memories and laughs I will never forget. Lex helped me get through my first year of motherhood with my daughter and loved her like her own. I’ve seen her through many strages in her life but I’ve never seen her so happy and smile so much then I have with Colton. I’m so excited for them and can’t wait to see them build a life together! 🥂
Xoxo, Jacy

A Message from Hanna.
Lexie and I began our relationship as being rivals in high school to becoming best friends at Belmar Golf Course. Our friendship sailed when we discovered our love for dancing, co-ed softball, and old rich men playing golf. Colton and I have been together since kindergarten and have had many fun times in our years of friendship. I have treasured watching every second of this love story and I’m so happy I am a huge part of it all! Here’s to two of my besties’ special day and us all growing old together!
Love, Tootsie

Lexie and I have been friends for over 20 years. It all started on Papa Tim’s little league basketball team at 5 & 6 years old. We had remained friends throughout all of our elementary, middle school, and junior high years in Purcell Public Schools. Throughout high school, Lexie and I cheered, played basketball, and ran track together. Though she was a grade younger than myself, we were closer than ever. Throughout college, though Lexie and I went to different universities, we made sure to keep up with one another, take lake trips, & catch up during cheer camps/nationals trips. We supported each other from afar & continued to have the effortless friendship that we’ve had for the past 20 years. I am so excited for Lexie & Colton & the journey they’re going to continue to share! They are both amazing people & deserve all the love & happiness that this life will give them. Love you loads, Lex! Here’s to forever! #GoingForGoelz 🥂🤍

Zach Tague - Groomsmen
Colton and I met as Kids. We used to ride the same school bus where our favorite past time was pestering his sister, and coming up with ways to have fun after school. From all the last minute fishing trips, to the evenings spent shooting the breeze on the porch, I've always been proud to call colton my friend.

Colton & I have been friends for as long as I can remember. From growing up across the creek from each other, to playing football together. I’ve always looked up to him in many ways and am so proud of everything he has done. I didn’t know where grown up life would take us, but I always knew we would stay close. He came home on leave one time, a now two life long friends are going to be married to two life long friends. Honored to be apart of y’all’s day! Love yall both!

Colton and I didn’t hang out much in our younger days. However, as we went through middle school and high school, we became very close friends. To the point where we began hanging out every weekend with each other. I am thankful that me and Colton have continued our friendship throughout all these years and have always considered him a brother to me.
