AM I ALLOWED TO BRING A PLUS ONE?

Your invitation should indicate if we have allotted for you to bring a plus one. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know!

WHERE WILL THE CEREMONY BE HELD?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at The Valley Green Inn.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us. We are requesting a cocktail to semi-formal dress code for the evening. Since the venue is located in the Wissahickon Valley Park, we recommend shoes that are suitable for walking on gravel or grass paths.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE VENUE?

Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the West and Main Hotel. More details to come on Transportation as we get closer to our wedding date.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, there are two parking lots available at our venue. There will be transportation available at the hotel which has parking as well. We recommend using the shuttle at the hotel, carpooling, Uber or Lyft as parking can be limited.

WHAT TIME SHALL I ARRIVE?

Help us get the party started as scheduled!

The ceremony will start at 5:00 PM.

Please arrive no later than 4:45PM.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

While we love your kids, we have decided to keep our reception a 21+ event only. The venue is in a heavily wooded area with a very large creek (not the best venue for young children). We hope you can understand and use this as a date night :)

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL ROOM BLOCK?

Yes! If you click the "Travel" Tab above, you will find the link to our discounted room block.

The main hotel is The West & Main in Conshohocken. It is about 12-15 minutes form our venue. There is also a second hotel block down the road from West & Main.

WHERE IS THE VALLEY GREEN INN? HOW DO WE GET THERE?

Valley Green Inn is nestled right along Wissahickon Creek in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park. The address is: Valley Green Inn, Valley Green Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19128. Directions via Wises Mill Road: From Ridge Avenue, turn onto Wises Mill Road (it's a small turn, so keep an eye out!). Follow Wises Mill Road down into the park until it ends at a small parking lot. You’ll see signs for Valley Green Inn—walk the short path over the bridge, and the Inn will be right there, tucked into the trees by the water. Important notes: Parking is limited, so using the transportation provided at the hotel, carpooling or using a ride-share is encouraged.

WILL THE CEREMONY BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The ceremony will take place outdoors at the Valley Green Inn by the Wissahickon Creek, weather permitting. Yes - we will be hiring an Etsy witch.
