We came into each others lives when we both least expected it. Courtney was 38 years old, she had just bought her house in Long Beach and was destined to live a bachelor life style. Chrissy was 29 years old and was just looking for a date to go to a concert with her. We matched on an online dating site and in just 48 hours of talking we knew we had to meet. Chrissy drove out to Long Beach from Ventura on a random Thursday night after work. Our connection was instant. We were both extremely open and honest with each other. We were both in places in our lives where we were not looking for anything serious, but when the universe brings you someone as special and rare as Courtney, Chrissy knew she couldn't let her go. Two weeks into getting to know each other the world shut down, thanks to Covid. In a time where the whole world was scared and unknown we were living our best lives together. We spent months together, in a world that was shut down, no where to go and nothing to do. But it was the ABSOLUTE BEST! All that time together and we never got sick of one another. We grew to learn everything there is to know about each other and continued to fall deeply in love. Fast forward to May 2023 when Courtney proposed in Chrissy's favorite place in the world, Kauai! It was magical, thoughtful and a dream come true! We know how lucky we are to have found each other. We can not wait to celebrate our love and coming together as one in Costa Rica with all of our favorite people.
