Some people say love is blind, others say love is love. Eric Gonzalez will tell you love is a feeling that builds over time and overwhelms you into finally saying the actual words out loud. The truth is... Danielle and Eric's love has felt "meant to be" from the very beginning.

It all sort of begins with a quick photo session. Eric agreed to take some engagement pictures for Ana (Danielle's sister) and her now husband Erik. Yes... Eric & Erik haha. Ana casually mentioned that she had a beautiful sister that was a perfect match for him. The unfortunate detail in that moment was that Danielle lived in Georgia and there was no real timeline of her relocating.

Fast forward to Ana & Erik's wedding, and this time Ana mentions to Danielle that Eric Gonzalez was such a great catch and perfect for her in every way. As a true sister, Danielle payed no attention to the comment and focused her sister's wedding day. Such a shame. What a perfect time to find love right? At a wedding. Needless to say they did not connect much, and time went on.

Finally the DM's began. Instagram had to play its part in this story for sure! Thanks to the beautiful pictures that Eric capture, Danielle found herself intrigued and finally saw what her sister had been telling her. One message led to the next and before you know it Danielle was in Miami for the 4th on July and they were planning their first date!

Danielle almost ignored the chance to go out with Eric, but a little liquid courage, and some peer pressure from her best friend Malcolm, and it was a date. Eric was nervous and found himself accidentally getting a little loose himself with some liquid courage before it was time to get the night started.

The evening was perfect. No restaurants open on a Sunday night, a few beers from a local brewery on an empty stomach, and then the worst food truck meal you could possibly imagine. The perfection came laying in the bed of his pick-up truck under the stars, laughing the night away. Great beer, terrible food, and companionship that grew into what you see today.

Eric found himself traveling to Georgia and sweeping her off her feet with the simplest of details. Good old classic chivalry did it for this southern girl. Danielle's heart told her it was time to make a move and start a life back in Miami where she was born.

Before they knew it, Danielle was writing the words "I love you" on his chest (because she could not work up the courage to say it); and he was celebrating Christmas watching her interact with his family and realizing that she had stolen his heart.

Morning motorcycle rides, UM games, a trip to Vermont & Sunday mornings at Church strengthened their love with every week that passed. Silly dad jokes that Danielle secretly loves to hear, and just laying on couch watching movies led to the most beautiful engagement moment a girl could ask for.

Who knew an easy going guy from Miami who loves motorcycles and cafe (poquito azucar), and a sweet southern shy Georgia girl would live happily every after? A few people did... but they had to see it for themselves.
