Our Wedding

Before the wedding bells, there were jingle bells. We met at a Christmas party in 2021. Danielle was rockin' a Mrs. Claus outfit, Robby showed up as Buddy the Elf, and somewhere in between the ugly sweaters and peppermint schnapps, a little holiday magic happened. Just a few days later, Danielle's New Year's Eve plans changed, and she found herself ringing in the new year with the same holiday squad ... and our paths crossed again. As the clock struck midnight, it was clear the fireworks were not just in the sky. Our first date was at Nellie Bly's Olde Tyme Ice Cream Parlour in Riverton, NJ, where we discovered we had the exact same go-to order: One cookie skillet with two scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream, drizzled with chocolate syrup and sprinkled with crumbled Oreos. It was love at first scoop! From there, it was off to the races: beach days, road trips, sporting events, and more meals than we can count. (And if you have seen Danielle's foodie photo album, you know what we mean.) Fast forward to June 22, 2024: Robby popped the question at our favorite beach on Long Beach Island, NJ. Danielle thought we were just taking pre-dinner photos ... but Robby had other plans. (And yes, he brought press-on nails for a picture-perfect moment. That is elite fiancé behavior right there.) While we may not agree on football teams (Eagles vs. Chiefs), we do agree that together we make a great team. We are so excited to kick off this next chapter as husband and wife, and we cannot wait to celebrate with all of you who mean so much to us!

DO I HAVE A PLUS-ONE?

DUE TO VENUE CAPACITY, WE UNFORTUNATELY CANNOT HOST ADDITIONAL GUESTS WHO DID NOT RECEIVE A FORMAL INVITATION. IF YOUR INVITATION/RSVP INCLUDES "AND GUEST," WE'D BE DELIGHTED FOR YOU TO BRING A PLUS-ONE. WHEN YOU RSVP, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR GUEST'S FULL NAME.

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE HOTEL TO THE VENUE?

YES, SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION WILL BE AVAILABLE TO AND FROM THERESIDENCE INN AND THE HAMPTON INN (SEE THE "HOTELS" SECTION FOR PROPERTY DETAILS). SHUTTLES WILL BEGIN RUNNING AT 3:30 PM IF YOU PREFER TO DRIVE, LINWOOD COUNTRY CLUB OFFERS AMPLE PARKING. RIDE-SHARE SERVICES ARE ALSO READILY AVAILABLE.

Is the wedding an indoor or outdoor event?

WEATHER PERMITTING, THE CEREMONY AND COCKTAIL HOUR WILL BE HELD OUTSIDE. THE RECEPTION WILL BE INDOORS.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

WE KINDLY ASK THAT GUESTS REFRAIN FROM TAKING PHOTOS OR VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY. WE'VE HIRED A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER AND WANT EVERYONE TO BE FULLY PRESENT IN THE MOMENT WITH US. WE PROMISE TO SHARE OUR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS WITH EVERYONE!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

THE DRESS CODE FOR OUR WEDDING IS SEMI-FORMAL/COCKTAIL ATTIRE.

WILL PARKING BE AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

LINWOOD COUNTRY CLUB HAS A LARGE PARKING LOT.PARKING IS FREE.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

THE CEREMONY WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 5:00 PM.PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE CEREMONY TO ALLOW TIME TO PARK AND MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE OUTDOOR CEREMONY AREA.

WHEN WILL THE COCKTAIL HOUR BEGIN?

THE COCKTAIL HOUR WILL BEGIN IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE CEREMONY. (APPROXIMATELY 5:30 PM)

WHAT TIME DOES THE RECEPTION END?

WHEN THE MUSIC STOPS!(10:30 PM)

WILL THERE BE AN AFTER PARTY?

OF COURSE THERE WILL BE! FOLLOWING THE RECEPTION, WE WILL CONTINUE THE CELEBRATION AT DOONEY'S PUB FROM 11 PM - 1 AM. TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR GUESTS WHO WOULD LIKE TO JOIN.
