David and Taylor met while working at Sportsman's Warehouse when they both lived in Kentucky. Taylor wanted to adopt a dog, but her apartment at the time did not allow them. So, she asked David if she could use his address for it until she moved out in the next few months. David declined, but invited her to the dog park with his dog instead, and the rest is history.

David and Taylor have been together for over seven years, moving across the country three times together. Now, they have been doing long distance for the last year.

David came to see Taylor in Lodi for her birthday in March. They decided to go to South Lake Tahoe to go hiking one day, and David found a beautiful clearing where he popped the question as snow fell. Although they almost got snowed in and stuck up there, it was a magical time.

David and Taylor are getting married on November 15, 2025 at the family farm in Berea, Kentucky. They cannot wait to see everyone and celebrate their special day!
