Q + A

General Event Details

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before we begin.

How long will the ceremony and reception last?

The ceremony will last approximately 30–60 minutes, followed by a cocktail hour while we take photos. The reception will continue until 11:00 PM.

When does the wedding end?

Guests need to be out of the venue by 11:00 PM. When you hear the music being turned down, that’s your cue to start gathering your things and heading home.

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Yes! We will have a small cocktail hour while the bridal party takes photos with family and the couple. Enjoy some appetizers and drinks during this time.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. We ask that you dress in business casual or slightly dressier attire—think polished but comfortable. Please avoid torn clothing, flip-flops (sandals are acceptable), shorts, and white or off-white outfits. We also encourage family members to wear a shade of blue.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors.

What happens if it rains?

If it rains, we have several covered areas available for guests to sit and stand under. However, we’re praying for no rain—fingers crossed!

Is there assigned seating?

There will be reserved rows for close family members near the front, but otherwise, we encourage guests to sit wherever they feel comfortable. We are one big happy family—there are no designated "bride’s side" or "groom’s side." Sit next to anyone and enjoy!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Plus-ones should have been included on your RSVP. When you scan the QR code on the back of your invitation and enter your name, it should populate any other household members we are aware of. If your plus-one was not listed, please reach out directly to the bride or groom to see if we can accommodate them.

Can I request a song at the reception?

Song requests will be limited to immediate family and the bridal party. If you’d like to request a song, please speak with one of them, and they can make the request through our DJ.

Will there be vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Can I bring my own food or snacks?
