What time should we be there?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:45pm on Friday, October 18th 2024. We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the ceremony so we are able to start on time.
Is there a shuttle to and from hotels?
For guests staying at Treasure Island, there will be one shuttle that leaves to Willow Brooke promptly at 4pm. Shuttles from Willow Brooke back to Treasure Island are scheduled for 10:30pm and Midnight. The Treasure Island Shuttle holds 25 persons.
For guests staying at Super 8, Rodeway Inn, or Nichols Inn - there will be a shuttle making stops at Super 8 & Nichols Inn. If you are staying at Rodeway Inn, you can walk right next door to Super 8 to hop on the shuttle. Pick up times are as follows:
Super 8/Rodeway Inn, shuttle leaves promptly at 4pm.
Nichols Inn, shuttle leaves promptly 4:15pm.
There will be multiple times the shuttle will transport guests back to Super 8, Rodeway Inn, and Nichols Inn throughout the night.
Is there a dress code?
Semi-formal. As our wedding date is in the fall, please ensure wearing appropriate layers to stay comfortable throughout the whole evening. The White Barn where the reception is held, is air conditioned/temperature controlled. The ceremony will be outside if weather permits.
Can cars be left overnight at the venue?
YES! If you are driving or carpooling to the venue, no problem! We will have transportation from the venue to hotels throughout the night and at the end of the night. However, please be sure to get your vehicles the next morning by 9:30am.
Is there a cash bar?
There will be a cash bar during cocktail hour and reception. They also accept debit cards and most major credit cards. Last call for bar service will be 11:15pm as the reception ends at 11:45pm.
