We will provide a complimentary shuttle to our guests. The shuttle will arrive at Homewood Suites Poughkeepsie at 3:45pm and depart by 4pm to arrive at the Venue by 4:15pm. The shuttle will also bring back our guests to the hotel. There will be 2 departing times one at 9:30pm and the next at 10:45pm. For those who wish to drive there is a parking lot available for parking, but please remember to Drink Responsibly. :)

As listed on our details card, we have reserved a block of rooms at Homewood Suites Poughkeepsie, for any of our out of town guest, or to anyone who wishes to spend the night! Please call 845-462-0030, to reserve using the code "Tirado/Rivera wedding" or book online using "TRW" under special rates and group code. The last day to reserve a room is 1/6/25.

If you cannot make it, please know that you will be dearly missed, but we completely understand. We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than 1/10/25 so that we can plan accordingly. Unfortunately, we cannot accept late RSVPs.

If you received a plus one, It will state "guest" under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we'd love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you so much for understanding.

We'd love all of our friends and family to dress up with us, with that being said, this is a Formal Event. The only favor we ask is please do not wear White, Cream, Navy, or Terracotta. Thank you for understanding.

Yes! The drinks are on us, there will be a wide selection of options for you to choose from. Please enjoy the night with us on the dance floor, and don't forget your IDs :)

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift you could give us, so we do not have a registry, but if you'd like to make a contribution towards our honeymoon fund, we would truly appreciate it. We look forward to celebrating with you!

As much as we love the littles, at this time the only kids invited are our children, and our immediate family. We want our wedding to be your night off! So please come ready to party!

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. Meaning we are asking our beautiful guests to silent all phones and refrain from photos during this time. We've hired professional photographers to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have any devices getting in the way of that. This is only for the ceremony, during cocktail hour and reception you may take as many photos/videos as you'd like.

Yes! Our ceremony and reception are at the same venue and will be indoors.
