We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guest. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “{your name} & guest” if a plus one has been given to you. If your plus one can not make it, you are not allowed to swap them out for someone else.

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself! For those bringing children, please be sure to watch them closely.

We would love to see our family and friends all dressed up in summer colors with us as we bring this summer to an end! We are requesting cocktail/dressy casual for the evening. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white or shades of whites. Shades of burnt orange/cinnamon have been reserved for the bridesmaids. Men, please no shorts.

The ceremony will begin at 3:00. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow yourself time to get on the shuttle or to park, to get a drink , and find your seat.

We will have transportation to and from the designated hotel and the venue and encourage you to take that however, if you are not staying at the designated hotel there is parking at the venue. We encourage the transportation system in case you end up having too much fun, vehicles need to be off the property at the end of the night and can NOT be left overnight.

Please RSVP by August 17th using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If your unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity or by marking “No” in the RSVP tab.

The bar will be open before the ceremony so you can get a drink and mingle before the ceremony starts. We will be hosting and until the kegs and drink tickets are gone it will switch to “cash bar” although they do NOT take cash only debit/credit cards. We highly encourage to bring small change to tip the bartenders for their hard work haha.

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a very great and talented photographer and will share all these photos with you!

If we do not get and RSVP back by the due date which we have provided, it will be marked as a “no”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner that have given us. We hope you understand.
