Tyler asked me if I would like to hang out with him on Saturday instead of asking me on an official date. We count this as our first date even though it was not said in certain terms. We planned on going to the Blue Zoo and we ended up spending the day together exploring Oklahoma City. At the end of the night, I even met Tyler's best friend Caleb, Fallon, and their newborn son.

On our second date we went to the Louie’s next to the lake. After we finished dinner we sat next to the lighthouse where we took this picture.

Oklahoma Christian was having the freshman fall banquet at Wheeler park and we decided to go together. Tyler went as Clark Kent because his glasses reminded me of the superhero’s alter ego. I went as an angel because that was one of the only costumes I had at my house.

This was the first time I came to know the OU/OSU rivalry. Tyler gave me his old OU football jersey. I wore it on my way back to my house for winter break and he wore it while watching the game.

Elizabeth's 21st birthday!

This was the night before Elizabeth's senior year at OC.

Our three-year anniversary. I thought Tyler was going to propose. I failed to remember that I told him not to do that so I would be surprised.

We went to Norman, OK for the weather festival. Afterwards we went to the Baked Bear and to some of the local shops on OU's campus.

Tyler proposed! My roommate, Mckenna, helped Tyler with his proposal plans. She told me she had an event she wanted me to come with her to. I was working a receptionist shift that night at the time she told me though. I was going to move my schedule around a little bit, but never got around to it. Turns out Tyler was wanting to propose during golden hour. He did a very good job surprising me, but I still started figuring it out on the car ride over to Wheeler park.
