Our story starts on the second day of college, freshman year. It was about 100 degrees outside, Seth and his friends were about ready to head into our dorm building as my friends and I were walking past. Seth says my hair caught his attention...but honestly it could have also been the short little jean shorts I had on ;) LOL! Either way, this prompted Seth to tell his friends "I need to go talk to that girl"

My friends and I were heading towards the student center when Seth and his friends approached us from behind...I was leading the group when I looked back and noticed my friends walking backwards towards this group of boys. I remember laughing and rolling my eyes a little...thinking "oh here we go...it's only day 2" THEN I saw Seth. He was definitely the cutest boy in the group and I was hoping he would come up and talk to me...which he did. If you ask him, his friends had it all planned out...they'd talk to the other girls so Seth could talk to me.

After some small talk, Seth and his friends asked us girls to go with them to a party that night...we exchanged numbers & realized we both had a "419" area code phone number...this naturally led to us asking where each other was from and of course then we discovered we had mutual friends!

Later that night my friends and I went to our own party...eventually I texted Seth and we all met up in the Burger King parking lot on main street before heading to our next party. After a fun night, Seth helped us girls get back to our dorm building where we had our first "date" at Rosie's Diner. We had chicken tenders & french fries...and Seth was such a gentleman...he threw away my garbage for me after I was done.

The rest is history :)
