Grandson of Jack & Julie Gould and Bill & Velma Schmidt

Emily & Grason are high school sweethearts who fell in love February of 2018. Emily, a freshman, Grason, a sophomore, met through friends and immediately hit it off. 
From then on, they attended every homecoming and prom together. Their first homecoming they were printed in the town newspaper, then at prom were used in advertising for both the dress shop and photographer who sponsored the ‘Covid prom’. 
After high school, the couple stayed together as they both began their careers. Grason to dive school in FL and Emily to work in a Law office as a receptionist until she was old enough to get her Real Estate license. They both encouraged each other to put their best foot forward even when apart. 
After a few years in the field as a commercial diver and underwater welder, Grason made the decision to further his career by joining the military to be a Navy Diver. 
During bootcamp, Emily wrote Grason a letter every day, sometimes more and Grason responded as often as possible. Sometimes even writing on the floor in the dark so that he was sure Emily would get a letter in return.
