Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at BlueBridge Events Centre, located at the following address: 1950 Ellis Lake Road Grawn, MI 49637. Our wedding will be taking place at the Blue Chapel. Our names will be by the building's sign. Please follow other signs for parking. We ask that guests RSVP by 09/01/2025. The venue has a limited total occupancy, so we are trying to fill up available seats as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you are unable to figure out how to RSVP through this website, please contact Erika at erikaspafford@gmail.com. Note that the website says that you can RSVP for your whole party - this is not true. If your spouse, partner, child, sibling, etc. are invited, another RSVP must be filled out for them. You may need to use more than one device to fill out RSVPs. If you run into any difficulties, feel free to email Erika and she can manually change attendance statuses.

There will be a STRICT NO PHONE/PERSONAL CAMERA POLICY during the ceremony. Photos will be professionally taken by a photographer. Do not take out personal devices to record during the ceremony. We have no problem with guests using their personal devices during cocktail hour and the reception.

Under the "Registry" tab on this website, you will find a link to a "Forever Home Fund." The couple has decided to set up a cash fund for their future home instead of a traditional gift registry. Although any and all gifts are very much appreciated, they ask that guests kindly consider a monetary donation to their fund instead.

Grawn, MI, is located about 20 minutes south of Traverse City, MI, and about 40 minutes north of Cadillac, MI. There are plenty of hotels, motels, campsites, and Airbnb's to choose from. If you are looking for specific hotel blocks, please visit the "Hotels & Lodging" tab. Once blocks are available, we recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible to avoid missing out!

In accordance with MI law, BlueBridge has a strict NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES policy, which extends to unopened alcoholic gifts. Please refrain from brining any sort of alcoholic beverages to the event, including those in gift form. Beer and wine will be provided during cocktail hour and the reception. During the event, please refrain from bringing outside food onto the premises, as the event is catered. Small snack items are permitted.

There is an option to list food allergies when you RSVP. If you take a look at "The Menu" tab, you will see what will be served during cocktail hour and the reception. All items with an asterisk (*) next to them indicate that they are gluten-free, tree nut/peanut free, and shellfish free. If you have any specific dietary concerns, please email Erika directly at erikaspafford@gmail.com. Although we cannot 100% promise anything, we will do our best to make accommodations.
