Once upon a time, in a world full of swipes and emojis, Erin and Brennan's love story unfolded. Connected through the dating app Hinge, and after their first in-person meeting on January 7, 2020, they realized they were a perfect match. Their adventurous spirit led them to Niagara Falls on Valentine's Day, where amidst the misty wonders of the falls, Erin beat Brennan to the punch and they officially decided to start dating. 📱❤️

Just when Erin and Brennan's love story was about to hit its stride, COVID-19 decided to crash the party and NYC went into lockdown. The new couple never had a conversation about what this meant for their relationship, they just knew whatever curveball was thrown their way, they would face it together. Their first stop during COVID lockdown was to Myrtle Beach, SC where Erin met Brennan's mom & mom's side of the family for the first time. (No pressure, right? 😬👋)

In April, they decided to take their COVID lockdown to Oregon, where Brennan took the ultimate crash course in "Getting to Know Your Girlfriend's Family 101," and let's just say, he aced it! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🏡 Between April and August 2020, Erin and Brennan's love bloomed amidst the great outdoors, with scenic drives, hiking escapades, camping adventures, and unforgettable journeys to iconic national parks. 🏕️🚗🥾

With Erin's parents' trusty old mini-van packed to the absolute brim (seriously, it was like a real-life game of Tetris in there), Erin and Brennan embarked on their very first cross-country road trip. Little did they know, this was just the tip of the adventure iceberg. 🏔️📸 Stops included: Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Arches, Canyonlands, Denver & Rocky Mountains, & Indianapolis before touching down in NJ.

Oh, sweet anniversary bliss! Erin and Brennan decided to take their love on a tropical adventure to celebrate their one-year milestone. They jet-setted off to the island of Kauai, Hawaii, for a full month of sun, surf, and... sneaky shenanigans! 🌴☀️🏄‍♂️ Thanks to COVID quarantine restrictions, Kauai was like their very own private paradise (cue skinny dipping on the beach and private waterfall swims)

Drumroll, please! 🥁🥁🥁 Families collided for the very first time!

Brennan, the brave soul that he is, embarked on his first backpacking trip (ever!) in Olympic National Park with Erin's parents as his guide (this was his true test!) ⛺🌲🐻

Grab your road trip snacks and cue the true crime podcasts, because Erin and Brennan were back at it with their second epic adventure—a six-month road trip extravaganza! 🚗🗺️ DESTINATIONS INCLUDED: Denver, Rocky Mountains, Summiting Mt. Elbert, Great Sand Dunes, Black Canyon Of The Gunnison, Garden Of The Gods, Maroon Bells (Pictured), Colorado National Monument, Capitol Reef, Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Death Valley, Zion, Yosemite, Redwood NP, San Francisco, Napa Valley and so much more!

Erin and Brennan decided to embrace their inner #skibums and fully commit to the ski season by buying Icon Ski Passes. For a month in Granby, Colorado, perched at a cool 8,000 feet the two worked during the week and shredded the mountains during the weekends! 🏂⛷️🏔️

Brennan's new job called for a change of scenery, so naturally, Erin and Brennan decided to embark on yet another road trip. This time, their destination was the sunny shores of Miami, Florida. 🏖️ The sun-kissed duo fed tarpons in Key West, marveled at the manatees in Everglades NP, and snorkeled with lobsters in Biscayne Bay. 🐊🍹🌴

Buckle up, folks, because Road Trip #3 was about to begin, and it was packed with more sights and silliness than ever before! 🚗🌄 Hiking in Custer State Park, spotting bison in the badlands, wishing they could carve their faces into Mt. Rushmore, taking selfies with mountain goats at Glacier NP & chasing waterfalls in Cuyahoga Valley. 📸🐐🐻

Oh, you thought Erin and Brennan were just perpetual wanderers? Here's picture proof Erin & Brennan occasionally touched down in NJ/NYC, even if it was just enough time to catch a Broadway show and dinner at a Michelin star restaurant (aka dollar pizza slice). 🍕🚕

The non-stop adventure couple decided to take their escapades to the next level by jetting off to Chile for 2.5 weeks. 🌍🛫 Their main mission? Backpacking the famous W-Trek in Patagonia! But here's the twist: they brought Erin's parents along for the ride. 🎒👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 🦙#bucketlistadventures

Erin and Brennan decided to celebrate their third year together at the very restaurant where their love story began – Luna in Jersey City. Fun fact: they had actually never eaten there before! 🌙🍽️😄

In the charming city of Montréal, Canada, Brennan got down on one knee and asked the question that would change their lives forever: "Erin, will you marry me?" 💍❤️ Their first adventure together had been in Canada, and this marked their last adventure out of their Jersey City apartment. 🇨🇦❤️ And so, in the heart of Montréal, amidst laughter, love, and a promise to embark on countless more adventures together, Erin and Brennan began a new chapter in their incredible adventure story. 🌍❤️🗺️
