We are so grateful you're traveling to celebrate with us!
Our wedding will be in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and because our favorite place is slightly remote, there won't be an official wedding hotel block. Instead, we suggest utilizing housing rental services like Airbnb or renting a cabin at Getaway!
Getaway Shenandoah Cabins
We stayed in a cabin here to celebrate an anniversary, and we LOVED it! The tiny-house-style cabins are about 15 minutes from the venue and about 20 minutes from the entrance to Shenandoah National Park. The cabins have everything you need for a weekend away, including a small kitchen and a firepit.
We recommend you book sooner rather than later if you plan to stay here as they typically sell out for weekends in the fall. If you do book a cabin, please let us know! If enough people choose to stay here, we will be happy to provide transportation to and from the wedding venue.
Air Transportation
Depending on where you're traveling from, there are a few airport options that will work!
Charlottesville Albemarle Airport (CHO) is the closest airport to the venue, about a 20-minute drive.
Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) are further from the venue but will offer more flight options. From Dulles, it is about an hour and a half to the venue, and it is just under two hours from DCA.
