For people from out of state: walking around the grounds of UVA, where we met, is a beautiful way to spend the afternoon!

For "activity lovers:" there are many stunning hikes around Charlottesville! A few of our favorites include CrabTree Falls, the Rivanna Trail, and Ivy Nature Preserve. We especially love Humpback Mountain, because hiking it at sunrise was our first date!

For shoppers: the downtown mall area has plenty of cute, quirky stores for window shopping and strolling.
