The shuttle to the venue will only be departing from TownePlace Suites. They will be returning guests at the end of the night to both the Towneplace Suites and Best Western. If you are staying at another hotel within walking distance, you are welcome to walk over to TownePlace Suites and use the shuttle from there.

The first shuttle will depart TownePlace Suites at 2:00 pm to head to the venue. Shuttles will alternate departures every 20 minutes. The last shuttle will depart TownePlace Suites at 3:40 pm. We ask that you use the earlier departure times to avoid the last few shuttles from filling up. Please note that you will need to leave enough time to check into the hotel room and then get on the shuttle. You can call the hotel to request an early check in time, and they will do their best to accommodate you, but it is not guaranteed.

There is parking at the venue if you would prefer to drive yourself.

At the end of the night, shuttles will take guests from the venue back to TownePlace Suites and/or Best Western when guests are ready to depart. Shuttles will run as they fill up. The last shuttle to return to the hotel will depart around 11:30-11:45 pm.
