It makes us most excited to celebrate our special day with YOU! That said, we encourage you to spend the night at Towneplace Suites by Marriott - just 15 minutes from our venue. With complimentary shuttles to and from the venue and hotel, feel confident that you can celebrate and party as hard as you’d like with us while ensuring your safety.


The attached link is for a two-night stay. This allows you to enjoy the attractions in the nearby area as well as having no rush to get ready before heading over to the venue. If you’d rather stay just on Saturday, please call the number above and mention our block - “Sills/Shepard” - and they should be able to accommodate your stay for one night at a slightly discounted rate.


Please feel free to explore our other room block at the Best Western Dutch Valley Inn if Towneplace Suites doesn’t fit your needs. However, please note that the shuttle services will only be accessible to the Best Western on the return trips. The Best Western is a 5 minute walk to TownePlace Suites, so guests are welcome to walk to TownePlace to utilize the shuttle on the way to the venue.

Please note the following for the TownePlace Suites Room Block:
- Discounted room block will close on June 11, 2025.
- You will have a choice between a king bed & pull out couch, or two queen beds. We’ve blocked 30 rooms so keep in mind they will do their best to accommodate your preference!

We have booked a hotel block for 20 rooms at the Best Western Dutch Valley Inn in New Philadelphia, OH. This is in addition to our hotel block at TownePlace Suites.

You may choose to book both for both Friday, July 11 and Saturday, July 12, or you may choose to book for only Saturday night. The room rate will be $105 per night regardless of how many nights you choose to book. You may book by using the link above or calling the front desk and mentioning the “Shepard/Sills” wedding party.

Check in is at 3:00 pm. You may call to request and early check in, but it is not guaranteed. Check out is at 11 am. Rooms available to book will have two double beds. Free parking and complimentary breakfast are included. The rooms in our room block will be released to the public one month before our wedding date, so please book before then.

Please note that our complimentary shuttle service will leave from TownePlace Suites, and not Best Western. The Best Western is a 5 minute walk to TownePlace Suites, so you are welcome to walk over to TownePlace Suites to utilize the shuttle. The shuttle will be able to drop you back off to Best Western at the end of the night. Please view the “shuttle information” section of our website for more information.

If your prefer to not stay with one of our room blocks at either TownePlace Suites or the Best Western, there are many other lodging options nearby.
