Yes! A shuttle will be at the AmericInn to take guests to the Rosewood Barn. It will arrive at the hotel at 1:30 PM and depart at 1:45 PM. Later that night, the shuttle will arrive around 11 and take guests back to the AmericInn, all free of charge.

We have called and blocked off 15 rooms at the AmericInn in Rhinelander for our guests who plan on staying in a hotel. Although we have blocked off the rooms, you must still pay for the room yourself. Please keep in mind that these 15 rooms may or may not completely fill up depending on what our guests decide.

We are RECOMMENDING that children stay home for the entirety of the event. We love all the children in our family, but we thought that parents may enjoy a night off. However, if you do plan on bringing children, we kindly ask that you take your little one's home by 7:30 pm. This is venue policy.

A plus-one is welcomed for all SINGULAR guests, not families/parties with multiple people. We recommend that you head to the RSVP page to see whether you are part of a party or are a singular guest. If you are part of a party, other names will appear from within your family and you do have the option of accepting or declining their invite as well. If you are a singular guest, only your name will appear and will also mean that you are allowed a plus-one.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be taking place outside. The reception will be held inside, with also weather permitting, an outside dance floor.

Yes! Parking will be available in the designated areas at the venue.

Our wedding will be casual/semi-formal, so please feel free to wear something you'd feel comfortable in (just no sweatpants!) For people interested in wearing pointy heels, our ceremony is outside and is in a grassy area. With that being said, please still wear whatever shoe you’d like! Also, the bridesmaids will be wearing a Juniper Green, so please take that into account as well!

Smoking is not allowed in the barn. There is a designated smoking area outside at the venue.
