We would love to see all our friends and family dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal. Please no jeans. Ladies outdoor ceremony will be held if weather permits. Please wear flats or block heel shoes due to the grass.

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

We love your little ones! However, if they are invited they will formally be listed on your wedding invitation.

Transportation will be an option from both hotels. These are the Hilton Garden Inn and the Home2 Suites. Transport will be provided to and from the wedding venue. We want our guests to have fun and most importantly be safe. Guests will receive shuttle schedule at check-in.

Shuttle Times for Hilton Garden Inn: 3:15pm: Depart from Hotel, 3:35pm: Arrive at Venue, 3:50pm: Depart from Hotel, 4:10pm: Arrive at Venue. Shuttle Times for Home2Suites: 3:25pm: Depart from Hotel, 3:35pm: Arrive at Venue, 4:00pm: Depart from Hotel, 4:10pm: Arrive at Venue. *Shuttle will return guests to hotels through the end of the night. Last shuttle will depart at 11:15pm.

YES! Vehicles must by picked up by 10AM on Sunday (9/15).

If weather permits the ceremony will be outdoors. If not, there is an indoor option if needed. Reception will be held indoors.

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! We will be having a shared photo album for photos to be uploaded to throughout the wedding weekend.

YES! Since the reception ends at 11PM the Bride and Groom will be heading to Kathy's Bar in downtown Rochester to have an after party with our guests. This is totally optional, but we would love to close out the night with our friends and family.
