The ceremony and reception will both take place at Basil Place in Chardon. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be located next to the manor house near the pond. The reception area will take place a short walk up from the house at the barn (near parking area). Staff will be on-site to direct parking.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 p.m. Please plan to be seated at this time. There will be a short walk from the parking area, so we suggest arriving atleast 20-30 minutes early to account for this.

Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be located outside, weather permitting. The reception will take place indoors with access to an outdoor patio. In the unfortunate event of inclement weather, all events will take place in the reception area.

The dress code for our wedding is semi formal/ cocktail attire. We suggest that women wear a cocktail dress or dressy separates and men wear a suit/sports coat or dress shirt with a tie. Please no jeans, t-shirts or tennis shoes.

Regretfully, we cannot accommodate children at our venue due to limited seating.We can also only allow the guests that are listed on your invitation. If you've been given a plus one, your invitation will say "[Your name] & Guest", and you will be able to fill out the information for you and your guest when you RSVP online.

There is a designated parking area for all guests. Parking will be located near the reception area, a short walk from the ceremony location. Staff will be on-site to direct guests to the parking area. For guests requiring more accessible parking, accommodations will be made for those guests to park closer to the ceremony location near the manor house. Overnight parking is permitted.
