1:00 PM: To begin getting ready, the wedding party, the bride, groom, and their parents should be at the location at 1:00 PM. To ensure that everything goes according to plan and that everyone has enough time to get ready and be ready for pictures when the time comes, those assisting with the wedding setup should also arrive at one.

3:00PM: Here is where we will begin taking pictures of the wedding party as well as close relatives and friends. Photos will be taken through the entire wedding.

4:15-4:30: Before the ceremony begins, additional guests should begin arriving and finding their seat at this time.

5:00-5:30: Ceremony time!! Here is the time we all have been waiting for. Where me and Hayden say our do's.

5:30-6:00: Hayden and I will be signing our marriage license.

6:00-7:15: For the reception, Hayden and I will enter the barn for our grand entrance and do our first dance during this time. In addition to having our dinner (a pizza truck), anyone who would like to give a speech is welcome to do after dinner. In addition, we shall cut the cake before our other dances.

7:30-8:00: My grandfather's and Hayden's mother-son dance, will be the main focus of this time.

8:00-10:15: PARTY TIME!! Everyone will make the most of this significant time. We will have a DJ blasting music, a bartender, a photo booth for the wedding, and yard games outdoors for guests who want to take a break from dancing. Enjoy yourself and your time at our wedding.

10:15-10:25: Last Song! Our last song will be played during this time. We will do our grand exit right after this. 10:25-11:00: Clean Up! This time will be used to up and take down anything that was set up. Our end time for the venue is 11PM:
