We have arranged for two hotel blocks available on a first-come, first-served basis. Information on how to book via the block is on the top of the Travel tab. Additionally, Nashville has lots of hotel options and Airbnbs for guests to pick from! You are welcome to arrange for separate accommodations.

The wedding venue and all amenities are centrally located. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Additionally, most hotels charge for overnight parking. For these reasons, we do not feel it is necessary to rent a car. However, you are welcome to rent a car based on your individual circumstances.

The attire to the welcome party is cowboy cocktail. Guests are encouraged to wear cowboy boots and hats in addition to cocktail attire.

The welcome party is available for those invited to the wedding to attend. We kindly ask that if your kids or a plus one is not indicated on the invitation that they do not attend the welcome party.

The venue has limited parking. Guests are encouraged to carpool, Uber, or walk. There are nearby $5 paid lots.
