Makayla crashed Lauren's birthday party in middle school, and the two reunited while doing PSEO at UNW thanks to the hand of God. Since then, they have shared innumerable Holy Spirit-filled walks and talks together, encouraged one another, and rejoiced in the gift of this beautiful friendship.

Amaya showed up in Makayla's living room one day for dance lessons, and it took Makayla years to figure out how she got there, but Makayla is forever thankful that she arrived. The two have been blessed to share countless talks and walks, live in the Glenpaul house together, watch each other grow with the Holy Spirit, and walk with each other through incredible life adventures.

As an introvert, Lily was one day adopted by Makayla and had no choice but to go along with it ;) The two have shared many late night talks in Bodien's halls, learning and growing in God's grace together, and rejoicing in His goodness. Kate and Makayla have known each other since kindergarten and have shared decades of adventure, laughter, and sweet memories together. Life spent with Kate is truly a gift, as she fills everyone with light and a knowledge that they are loved and understood.

Julia and Makayla met as sophomores in high school thanks to CEMS and a shared love for swing dancing. The two became fast friends and have spent many adventures hiking, climbing, and laughing together. They look forward to the next adventures God has in store.
