We do not have a specific dress code. We suggest semi-formal or dressy casual attire (aka church attire). Please keep in mind that the wedding is in March, evening temperatures will be cool.

The wedding ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. and you will be bussed from the parking lot to the ceremony site as you arrive. The distance from the parking lot to the ceremony site IS NOT walkable. We suggest arriving AT LEAST 45 minutes early to ensure that you make it onto the last bus to the ceremony site. The last guest bus to the ceremony site will leave the main parking lot at 3:30 p.m. Again, please arrive early enough to ride the bus. We hope to see you all on our big day!

When you arrive, there will be signage to help guide you to the main parking lot. When you arrive at the main parking lot, there will be an usher waiting to help you onto the bus to the ceremony site.

Following the ceremony, guests will be bussed to the reception site at the main pavilion. The distance from the ceremony site to the pavilion IS NOT walkable. The ushers will help guests load the bus to the reception site. Once all guests have made it to the reception site, they will enjoy live music, hors d'oeuvres, and drinks of their choice.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to 495 Britt Road, Sycamore, GA 31790. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

The grand exit is planned for around 9:00 p.m. Immediately following the grand exit, all guests that are still in attendance will then be bussed from the reception site back to the main parking lot for their departure.

The DJ will announce the first guest bus that will take guests from the reception back to their car following the first dances and the cake cutting at around 7:00 p.m. **If there is a guest emergency, we will make immediate arrangements for you to be escorted back to your vehicle, no matter what time**

The ceremony will be outdoors and all seating will be uncovered. The reception will be both indoors and outdoors with all dining tables fully covered.

There will not be an open bar. However, there will be a selection of beer and wine slushies served at the reception.
