The Cowgirls of the West Museum pays tribute to the spitfire and determination of the pioneer women in the early days of Cheyenne. A small army of historians and volunteers have compiled stories and artifacts to bring forth the woman’s voice for public consumption, with knowledgeable volunteers on hand to elaborate and bring these women to life for visitors. This museum is a great tribute to why Wyoming is called the Equality State!
