Q + A

What does semi-formal attire mean?

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire to celebrate with us! Gentlemen we look forward to seeing you in your best suit jacket/sports coat and blue jeans but please leave the ball caps at home. Cowboy hats are welcome. Ladies may we suggest a dress and a great pair of dancing shoes!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes, there is free parking for our guests.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes! We will have beer, wine, and champagne. The bar is an open bar. No hard alcohol will be permitted.

Are RSVP's Required?

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our July 22 deadline, you will be marked "not attending". The reason for this is that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner.

Can I bring an additional guest?

Due to spacing, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Please arrive anytime between 4:00pm and 4:20pm. We ask that all guests be seated 5 minutes prior to the ceremony beginning promptly at 4:30pm.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be taking place outside weather permitting, however we have a space inside to move to as needed. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors with the option for guests to step outside onto the patio.

Can we take our own photos?

We kindly request that our guests unplug and be present in the moment with us for the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and pictures will be shared once we receive them. If taking your own photos during the ceremony is important to you we kindly ask that you do not sit along the aisle as we do not want to block out the photographer. You are welcome to take pictures during the reception!

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, and creams.
