On March 30, 2025, we exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony surrounded by our immediate family. It was a deeply meaningful way for us to begin this new chapter together—just the two of us and our closest loved ones.

We chose this location with love and purpose—it’s owned by John’s father, who opened this brewery while bravely pursuing his dream during his battle with cancer.

The brewery's name is a tribute to the strength of a Noble Knight—symbolizing not only the courage to face enemies, but also the resilience John's dad showed in fighting his illness. To us, it also represents the strength of love and the power it holds.
